Farewell John Rowland

It is with heavy hearts that we wish John Rowland a fond farewell as he heads up north to pastures new. John has been our senior coach on Monday nights and has been motivational and inspiration in his Judo. We owe him so much and share in his delight in recently obtaining all of his points for his 3rd Dan - what a way to go!!! All the best John and please don't be a stranger.
