Seniors Session

Our adult classes are a fun, relaxed and supportive environment for you to learn and practice your techniques. The flexible structure of the classes suit a wide range of abilities from novice through to Dan grade (black belt). We welcome visiting judoka from other clubs to join our regular club members in either of our two weekly classes.
