Monday was a fantastic session!
It was brilliant to see a group of women with such a variety of experience and knowledge on the mat.
We are going to have many more women’s sessions in the future and look forwards to seeing you all there, and hope you bring anyone who is interested in trying judo out.
A big thank you to Karen French, Susanna and Lesley Hutchins for running the session!
Don’t forget we are back to our regularly scheduled judo fun tonight at 19:30.
